What is the difference between Preserved Roses and Fresh Roses?
Preserved roses are 100% real roses that have been carefully preserved with a special formula to maintain their freshness while fresh roses are freshly cut and not preserved.
For how long do your roses last?
• Our Preserved Roses last for 1 to 3 years (depending on how you maintain them)
• Our Fresh Roses last for 6 to 10 days.
Can I take my Preserved Roses out of the box?
No. Part of the care for your preserved roses is to keep them in the luxury box so that they can appear fresh and beautiful for 1 to 3 years. Also, taking them out of the box will distort the fantastic arrangement that our professional florist have done.
How do I take care of my Preserved Roses?
It’s straightforward and stress-free to cater for your preserved roses. The first thing is to dust your collection with the dust brush or tissue, while carefully handling the petals. Also, you should avoid exposing the roses to direct sunlight, water, and humidity.
Do Diamond Rose Box offer same day delivery?
If you’re living in NYC metro and its environment and you place your order before 5 pm EST, we can deliver your choice rose collection right to your doorstep.
Can you deliver Fresh Roses to all US zip codes and Nationwide?
No. We only deliver fresh roses to NYC metro and its environment while we ship our preserved roses to all parts of the United States and Internationally.
Is it mandatory to add water to my fresh rose?
Yes, you may add water immediately after receiving your fresh roses, or you can add it after few days. When you want to add water, do so from the top of the arrangement.
Should I water my Preserved Roses?
Our preserved roses don’t require water. In fact, to make them last longer, you should avoid exposing them to water and humidity.
Do you accept returns?
No. Due to the nature of each order being tailored to meet each individuals needs, we are unable to accept returns. However, you can reach us via mail or phone to cancel or modify your order before shipping.
How do I care for my everlasting roses?
Our preserved roses are 100% roses (handpicked from Ecuador and preserved with a special formula to keep their freshness, color, characteristics, and texture for between 1 to 3 years. With that, you can enjoy a longer floral arrangement without needing to replace them or water them often.
But, to enjoy your floral collection for an extended period, you need to adhere to some precautions. These precautions will ensure that your rose flowers stay fresh every day for as long as three years.
What are the precautions?
With just minimal care, you can have fresh and attractive rose flowers for years. This is one significant advantage over our fresh rose collections that require sunlight, fertilizer, and a lot of water to stay bright and beautiful.
• You’ll need to dust your preserved rose collection with our specially-made flower duster, a hairdryer, or a tissue. You need to be careful not to exert too much pressure on the rose petals; else you’ll damage them.• Avoid exposing your preserved rose collection to direct sunlight. Adhering to this will help your flowers to maintain their luster and freshness without looking discolored and withered.
• Keep your flowers away from water and humid places. Also, you should avoid getting your rose flowers wet as much as possible.
• Avoid squashing, bending, or pressing the flowers; else you may damage the rose petals. The petals are the most delicate part of the flower and can be damaged when you apply too much pressure on them.
• Do not take them away from the luxury box. Apart from enhancing the whole rose collection, the box is also instrumental in keeping them safe and fresh.
• Do not place anything on the rose as they might damage and crush the beautiful petals.
If you adhere to these precautions, you’ll get the best from your preserved roses.
How do I take care of my fresh roses?
They are called “fresh roses” doesn’t mean that you have to stay awake to maintain them. In fact, you don’t need to do much at all.
With just a little attention to the right amount of light, temperature, and water, your loved ones will have you in mind for up to ten days.
Fresh roses can stay up to 7 to 10 days if properly handled. You can also use the rose box for whatever you want after the flowers become distorted.
The following tips will help you get a beautiful and fresher rose collection for a long time.
Are there any precautions?
Whichever the collection you choose (16 fresh roses or 42 fresh roses), they come watered. But after some days – say three days – you may water them a little bit.
Be careful when carrying the arrangement as they are delicate and should be handled with utmost care.
Do not remove the roses from the box as they help your roses stay fresh and beautiful.
These tips are simple but highly recommended. If you follow them, your fresh roses will remain fresh and beautiful for up to 10 days or more. Also, note that it is essential that the box remains level at all times when transporting the arrangement. We also recommend that you keep your fresh rose collection in one location, once delivered, to prevent any mishaps.
