For those living in the NYC metro-area (New York, New Jersey and Connecticut), we offer same day delivery on all orders placed before 12 pm EST. As you are checking out you are given the option to choose same day delivery.
At Diamond Rose Box, we offer ground shipping, two day air and next day air shipping to all the states in the United States.
The moment you place your order, our professionals will package and ship your collection using UPS or FedEx within 1 to 2 working days. For faster delivery, you should place your order before 1 PM EST to enable us enough time to get the arrangement ready for shipping.
For those living in the NYC metro, we do same day delivery on all orders placed before 12 pm EST. And if you’re in another part of the US, you’ll receive your package depending on the shipping option that you chose. Please provide correct contact information and address details to prevent unnecessary delays. For undelivered products due to change of address or wrong delivery address after processing your order will be delivered again with an additional delivery charge.
Please ensure that our rose collections can be imported into your country before placing your order. Please note that customers are responsible for any delayed caused by customs processing.
International orders are used via UPS, FedEx or DHL (whichever options are available). We do not ship to PO Boxes.
We offer international shipping for only our preserved roses.
Our shipping fee only covers the destination country and doesn’t include the additional charges (duties and taxes) that are imposed in your country.
After confirming your order, our professional florists will securely package your order into a shipping box. The moment we ship your package, we’ll send a mail containing your tracking information to enable you to track your package.
Your order may take between 1 to 5 business days depending on the destination address.
